Hello and welcome! Today I have an elegant Christmas card, featuring the new Layered Winter Foliage Stencils. I just love me some PPP layered stencils! They make it so easy to create backgrounds for cards.
To begin, I ink blended through the Layered Winter Foliage Stencil in Distress Oxide Inks (Festive Berries, Gathered Twigs, Picked Raspberry) and Pigment Craft Co Inks (Lagoon and Juniper). I then cut this panel down to a 5” square and glued onto a pink card base. I also cut a 5” white cardstock and glued it inside the card base.
Next, I watercolor sheets of cardstock in shades of green and red. Once dry, I used the Winter Foliage Dies to cut the flowers and greenery for my little floral arrangement. I splattered some white paint before gluing it onto the card panel.
Lastly, I stamped the sentiments from the Holiday Sentiments onto strips of Kraft cardstock and foam mounted it on the card panel.
Thanks so much for stopping by today. I hope you like today’s Christmas card share and that I’ve inspired you to create cards for your family and friends. Have a great day!
